As many of you may know, students may use their mobile devices during school hours under certain conditions. In the Band Room the following rule regarding cell phone use will be enforced during all classes and rehearsals:
- No phone calls
- No texting
- No email
- No social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- No game playing
- No taking of photographs
- No video recording
- No audio recording
Students may however use smart phone and tablet apps useful to a musician. These include apps such as tuners and metronomes. Students must get permission from Mr. Apple before using any mobile device in class. Please see the Technology Page for app suggestions.
